Help & getting started

1. Set up your garage

Start a free trial, confirm your email, then follow the setup steps: business details, branding, labour rate, services and opening hours.

2. Invite your team

From Staff, invite people by role. Each person gets a single-use link to join your garage.

3. Import customers and vehicles

Download the CSV template from setup or Settings, fill it in and upload it. Duplicates are skipped and reported.

4. Share your booking page

Your booking page lives at workshopcore.co.uk/book/your-garage. Copy the link or print the QR code from Settings.

5. Turn on reminders

MOT and service reminders are scheduled automatically from each vehicle's due dates. You can adjust the timing in Reminders.
